Issue

EMS reports errors as follows:

Fri Sep 01 10:45:37 +0200 [netapp1: wafl_spcd_main: wafl.atime.updates.will.stop:debug]: Access time updates of all the files in the volumes of aggregate "aggr1" stop when the aggregate becomes full.

Fri Sep 01 10:45:37 +0200 [netapp1: wafl_spcd_main: monitor.volume.nearlyFull:debug]: Aggregate aggr1 is nearly full (using or reserving 70%% of space and 0%% of inodes).
