ONTAP revert error due to Volume Location Database inconsistency

Issue

When reverting ONTAP version, following issue occurs:

Error: command failed: The revert check phase failed. The following issues must be resolved before revert can be completed. The Volume Location Database (VLDB) is inconsistent with WAFL information. Contact support personnel to resolve this issue
