ONTAP controller disruption caused by time zone change

Issue

System disruptions occur with all versions of ONTAP 9.7 up to ONTAP 9.7P8 for storage systems in the IDT (Israel Daylight Savings Time) and NDT (Newfoundland Daylight Savings Time) time zones when they transition to standard time.
