Answer

  • Admin users for ONTAP applications such as Console/SSH/HTTP/ONTAP API are deleted.
  • ONTAP will recreate the admin accounts for HTTP or ONTAPI applications upon reboot.
    • Halt both nodes (by pulling the power since we do not have CLI access)
    • Run boot_ontap from the LOADER prompt.
    • ONTAP will recreate the admin accounts for HTTP or ONTAPI  upon reboot.
    •  Log in to System Manager with the admin account.
    • Add console access for the admin account or recreate a new admin account to have to same login applications as thdefault admin account(for example, http, ontapi, service-processor, or ssh).
