Issue

ONTAP intermittently reports an object.store.unavailable alert and becomes available within a second:

[Node-01: OscLowPriThreadPool: object.store.unavailable:EMERGENCY]: Unable to connect to the object store "StorageAccount" from node 6801b257-00xx-00xx-0000-0xxxxxxxxxx8. Reason: Operation Timedout.
[Node-01: OscLowPriThreadPool: object.store.available:notice]: Able to connect to the object store "StorageAccount" from node 6801b257-00xx-00xx-0000-0xxxxxxxxxx8.
