Answer

  • Renewing expired certificates will not have any impact as they are already expired.
  • Renewing the certificates which are going to expire, it can be disruptive because the process of replacing the old certificate with a new one may temporarily interrupt connections or services that rely on the certificate for authentication, potentially causing downtime while the update is applied.
