Description

AutoSupport On Demand (AOD) is a feature ONTAP that enables NetApp Support engineers to collect AutoSupport core files through the system. This minimizes the time for which Support personnel have to wait for data to perform a data analysis.

Requirements:

  • ONTAP 8.2 or later
  • Transport set to HTTPS
  • Open TCP, send port 443
