Issue

  • Commvault backup fail after enabling FIPS mode with the following issue:
Failed to determine volume and path info. Error[0xEDDD0001:{CvNetAppArrayOps::determineVolumeAndPath(365)/Connection failed. Error[]}
  • Disabling FIPS mode again doesn't fix the issue
  • No error is seen in ONTAP
