Answer

Default volume quota policy rule can be deleted without any impact 
 
NoteIf the rule being deleted belongs to the quota policy that is currently assigned to the Vserver, enforcement of the rule on the volume must be terminated by performing a quota off and on or a quota resize operation using the "volume quota modify " command.
