Issue

  • CPU starvation reported for RDB processes:

Sun May 18 04:48:46 +0900 [Nodename: vifmgr: rdb.node.starvation:error]: CPU starvation detected in the RDB.

  • vifmgr service was offline and LIFs were removed
  • The following additional events may be seen in EMS:
    • monitor.ioCard.degraded
    • configbr.backupFailed
    • vifmgr.reach.err
