Issue

The autosupport fails with error:

Detail: SMTP connectivity check failed for destination:
192.168.xx.xx. Error: Timeout was reached when connecting
to the server - '192.168.xx.xx'
Corrective Action: Possible network configuration issue. Ensure that you
have network connectivity

From Notifyd, repeated failures can be observed:
