AutoSupport stopped working via HTTPS

Issue
- AutoSupport (ASUP) messages stopped sending from all ONTAP systems. The following errors were observed in logs and CLI outputs:
AutoSupport::StatusCheck: Connectivity check to HTTPS PUT destination failed (Timeout was reached) with root CA path:/mroot/etc/vserver_4294967295/certificates/ssl/serverCaAutoSupport::StatusCheck: Connection timed out after 10002 millisecondsAutoSupport::StatusCheck: Connectivity check to HTTPS POST destination failed (Timeout was reached) with root CA path:/mroot/etc/vserver_4294967295/certificates/ssl/serverCaAutoSupport::StatusCheck: Unable to send AOD request to OnDemand Server: Timeout was reachedHTTPS PUT/POST connectivity check failed for destination:https://support.netapp.com/put/AsupPut/andhttps://support.netapp.com/asupprod/post/1.0/postAsup.Error: Timeout was reached when connecting to the server-'support.netapp.com' - TCP handshake completes, but SSL/TLS “client hello” is not answered or is reset, and certificate exchange does not occur.
