Issue

ONTAP upgrade pauses due to following error:
 
 

Error: Failed to migrate data LIFs from node "node-01". Action: Migrate all of the data LIFs using the "network interface migrate-all -node DPP3NAP01-02" command.

::> network interface revert *

Error: command failed on vserver "vserver1" lif "lif1": Cannot
       move LIF "lif1" to port "node1:e0c-13" because the
       port's health status is degraded. Use (privilege: advanced) "network
       port modify" command with "-ignore-health-status true" to host the LIF
       on this port.
