Issue

During update to 9.17.1P4 ANDU returned the error "Root volume record not found for nodes during upgrade."
  • vreport shows:

Warning: "Vreport" could NOT retrieve required information from the following nodes in the cluster <node>.         
Some discrepancies might not have been reported by "Vreport".
  • List of autosupport show affected system stopped sending autosupports
