CONTAP-755750: System Manager cannot protect a volume from a newer ONTAP cluster to an older one

Issue

When you use *System Manager > Volumes > Protect* on a source cluster running ONTAP 9.17.1 or later to protect a volume to a peered destination cluster running ONTAP 9.15.1 or 9.13.1, the workflow may fail. System Manager may display: “The remote information from the destination cluster wasn't retrieved,” and the destination’s storage service level details may not load.
