CONTAP-756542: Netboot Failure on Certain Storage Platforms

Issue

During netboot with ONTAP 9.19.1P2, certain platforms can halt early in startup, preventing the system from completing the boot process.
The console displays either of the following error strings:
PANIC : page fault (supervisor read data, page not present) on VA 0x518 cs:rip 0x20:0xffffffff80bc0909 rflags 0x10206
PANIC : page fault (supervisor read data, page not present) on VA 0x318 cs:rip 0x20:0xffffffff80bc0909 rflags 0x10206
