CONTAP-696011: Direct KMIP connections do not support host and IP verification settings

Issue

When configuring a direct connection to an external key management server (KMIP), ONTAP does not write the default verify-host and verify-ip settings to the server configuration file or pass them when establishing the connection. This enhancement adds support for carrying these settings through the connection setup.
