Issue

On an HA pair, takeover from one node can fail with the EMS message cf.takeover.missingPtnrDisks and the error "Local node missing partner disks." The affected node keeps reporting a disk as missing after the disk becomes accessible again, so the disk inventory does not recover on its own. The partner node can still take over, so the impact is one-directional. The condition persists until manual intervention.
