Issue

During a SnapMirror Sync transition, SVM migration timing counters may be updated even though an SVM migration operation is not in progress. This can make reported transition, precommit, and snapshot-tag durations appear much larger than they actually are. The issue affects timing statistics; migration and cutover behavior are not affected.
