Issue

  • The /api/support​/autosupport REST API is used to configure and retrieve the AutoSupport settings on the ONTAP system.
  • This API also optionally returns the connectivity issue details with corrective actions if there are issues with connecting to the configured AutoSupport destinations. 
  • When running the connectivity check, the API can take longer to return if there are timeouts.
