Issue

The post-apps phase of an ONTAP upgrade of a 2 node MetroCluster aborts due to the sync-destination SVM(s) being config-locked:
Mon Dec 04 2023 11:23:31 +01:00 [kern_mgwd:info:3288] 0x839776800: 0: INFO: upgrade_revert: [2200,post-apps,2215,mgwd] commit aborted. Reason This operation is not permitted on a Vserver that is configured as the destination of a MetroCluster Vserver relationship.
