Issue

1. ONTAP EMS reporting a missing cluster port and subsequent cluster LIF rehomed:
 

-- [node_name: vifmgr: vifmgr.portRemoved:notice]: Port <cluster_port> on node <node_name> has been removed because it no longer exists. -- [node_name: vifmgr: vifmgr.cluscheck.sameRmtDev:error]: Cluster LIFs "<node_name>_clus1" and "<node_name>_clus2" on node "node_name" are used for RDB operations. The home ports of these LIFs are connected to the same cluster switch: "<switch_name(serial_number)".

2. System Health Alert reporting a "missing" switch connectivity:

-- [node_name: cshmd: hm.alert.raised:alert]: Alert Id = ClusterSwitchConnectivity_Alert , Alerting Resource = node_name raised by monitor ethernet-switch -- [node_name: mgwd: callhome.hm.alert.major:alert]: Call home for Health Monitor process cshm: ClusterSwitchConnectivity_Alert[node_name].
