Issue

A system panic can occur during a consistency point (CP) when a volume is in the inode-format upgrade or revert window. The panic is triggered by an assertion during CP processing.
Panic message: assertion "sk_in_wafl_domain()" failed: file "prod/common/wafl/waffinity.c", line 3486 in SK process cp_vvol_loop_worker
