CONTAP-34011: FlexVol creation on aggregate fails with error “Operation is disallowed on an aggregate which is not home”

Issue

For NetApp cluster mode, when aggregates failover to a different node on a cluster, the “is-home” flag is set to false. After this, volume creation on aggregate fails with error “Operation is disallowed on an aggregate which is not home”. This issue is being reported by a partner whose backup copy operations are stalled because of failure in creating volume clones after storage failover
