Issue

  • Node suddenly performs environmental shutdown.The following can be seen in the EMS logs:

XXX XX XX:XX:XX [Cluster1:callhome.battery.failure:EMERGENCY]: Call home for BATTERY ('Bat Curr' unreadable) CRITICAL.
XXX XX XX:XX:XX [Cluster1:callhome.battery.failure:EMERGENCY]: Call home for BATTERY ('Bat Charge Curr' unreadable) CRITICAL.
XXX XX XX:XX:XX [Cluster1:callhome.battery.failure:EMERGENCY]: Call home for BATTERY ('Bat Initial FCC' unreadable) CRITICAL.
XXX XX XX:XX:XX [Cluster1:nvmem.battery.packInvalid:EMERGENCY]: The incorrect NVMEM battery is installed. Expected part number is 271-00045. To prevent data loss, the system will shut down in 5 minutes.
XXX XX XX:XX:XX [Cluster1:callhome.battery.failure:EMERGENCY]: Call home for BATTERY ('Bat Volt' unreadable) CRITICAL.
