Issue

  • Multiple servers lost ISCSI connections and rebooted during Ontap upgrade/ANDU.
  • If there is proper redundancy and multipathing configured on the host end and host still witness path issues, that indicates an issue more to be investigated on the MPIO layer which requires host vendor intervention.
