  • Both nodes are down and unable to boot the error message reported is;
    could not find the local mailbox disks
  • ASUP logs report that chassis fan are failed
    HA Group Notification (CHASSIS FAN FRU FAILED: Fan3_2) ERROR
  • Shelf powered down due to no power
