Issue

  • dfu.clusterIcError error dected during BDFU post ONTAP upgrade:

[node01: dynamic_dev_qual_admin: dfu.firmwareDownloading:info]: Now downloading firmware file /etc/disk_fw/X4013S17337T6NTE.NA55.LOD on 1 disk(s) of plex [Pool0]...
[node01: dynamic_dev_qual_admin: dfu.clusterIcError:error]: HA interconnect error 1 encountered. Unable to download firmware to disk 0n.22 [NETAPP   X4013S17337T6NTE NA55]
[node01: dynamic_dev_qual_admin: dfu.fwDownloadFailedResumeIO:debug]: Resume I/O command failed for disk 0n.22 with SCSI return error 15.

  • Following next BDFU retry the disk fw upgrade complete:

[node01: bg_disk_fw_update_admin: bdfu.downloadRetryInterval:debug]: Download of disk firmware for 0n.22 will be retried in 25 minutes.
