Answer

There isn't any problem as such. In order to prevent duplicate IP errors, unconfig-config-unconfig cycles from happening, it is as per vifmgr's design that the master instance is needed to wait for some time before it actually fails theLIFs over.LIFs migration gets out of quorum, it needs to wait for OFFLINE delay and OFFLINE Master EPSILON procedure, total time is 75 seconds, so in this kind of takeover scenario.
