Answer

The power consumption of a single PSU can be calculated as follows:
Power consumption = Input power - Output power
Example:
SP-LATEST-IPMI
/usr/local/bin/environ -show_all
================================
Sensor Name              State          Current    Critical     Warning     Warning    Critical
Reading       Low         Low         High       High
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
PSU1 In Pwr              normal           264 W        --          --          --          --
PSU1 Out Pwr             normal           240 W        --          --          --          --
Power consumption = 264 W - 240 W = 24 W
