Issue

After disks were admin failed, the disks could not be unfailed as a spare using the -s option.

node01::*> storage disk unfail -disk 4.12.59 -s
Warning: Failed disk "4.12.59" might have aggregate labels and file system data
present. Releasing this disk as a spare disk will lead to permanent loss of file
system data that might be on this disk, and it might prevent recovery
of a failed aggregate. Are you sure you want to continue with disk
unfail? {y|n}: y
Error: command failed: Failed to unfail the disk. Reason: Unable to read the
labels of disk 4.12.59. Cannot unfail it as a spare. Run the command again
without the "-spare" parameter.
