Unable to add node due to duplicate entry

Issue

  • While adding Node, the join operation is failing with below message:

Failed to start cluster join on node: 169.254.XXX.37: Node is already in a cluster.

  • From the debug "cluster_add_node_progress_ui" table, a stale entry was recoded.
