UNRECOVERABLE warning on Temperature sensor 1

Issue

 
We can see the below errors from the EMS logs.
 
[?]  Sat Jun 15 19:01:30 -0400 [NODE A: dsa_worker0: ses.status.temperatureError:error]: DS224-12 (S/N 123456708) shelf 0 on channel 0b temperature error for Temperature sensor 1: internal communication error. Current temperature: 20 C (68 F). This module is on the front of the shelf on the left, on the OPS panel.
[?]  Sat Jun 15 19:01:39 -0400 [NODE A: statd: monitor.shelf.warning:error]: Fault reported on disk storage shelf attached to channel 0b. Check fans, power supplies, disks, and temperature sensors.
[?]  Sat Jun 15 19:01:39 -0400 [NODE A: statd: callhome.shlf.fault:error]: Call home for SHELF_FAULT
 
We can see the below errors from the  Storage fault :
