System show a disk shelf fault

Issue

  • Both nodes in the cluster report disk shelf fault in EMS

node 1        ERROR         monitor.shelf.warning: Fault reported on disk storage shelf attached to channel 0b. Check fans, power supplies, disks, and temperature sensors.
node 2        ERROR         monitor.shelf.warning: Fault reported on disk storage shelf attached to channel 0b. Check fans, power supplies, disks, and temperature sensors.

  • Shelf 0 enclosure status is reported as fail and IOM A has VPD fault:

        Enclosure Status: non-critical
