System reporting Mixed-Path HA with switch attached NS224 shelf

- After hot-add of an additional switch-attached NS224 shelf nodes reporting Mixed-Path HA and DISK REDUNDANCY FAILED
- No disks missing from
sysconfigoutput - No storage faults or health alerts related to missing disks
- AutoSupport
disk-pathoutput reports disk only seen through one NSM module storage disk show -palso reports only seen through one NSM
