SP unresponsive and "system node environment sensors show" command fail

Issue

  • Can not login to SP remotely.
  • system node environment sensors show show following error.

Error:

 Warning: Unable to list entries on node node1. The Service Processor on node
"node1" is not reachable. Check the network configuration, verify that the
          node is running, verify that the SP is online, verify that api-service is
          enabled on the SP, and try the command again.
 Error: show failed: The Service Processor on node "node1" is not reachable. Check
        the network configuration, verify that the node is running, verify that the SP is
        online, verify that api-service is enabled on the SP, and try the command again.

  • SP reboot doesn't resolve the issue.
  • SP FW upgrade stuck at 95%.
