Disk failed, whole spare was auto-partitioned which caused SPARES_LOW alert

Issue

  1. After a disk failure, the partner node's whole spare disk is automatically partitioned, causing a SPARES_LOW alert.
  2. Checking for available spares will only show partitions and no full disk available
  3. Due to aggregates using whole disks, and the partner nodes previous whole disk being partitioned, the SPARES_LOW alert is triggered.
  4. Even after failed disk is replaced, partner node still does not have whole spare disk available.
