Repeated PSU sensor "Unreadable" events due to mainboard failure

Issue

  • Repeated PSU fault events are observed despite prior replacement of the PSU and Service Processor firmware upgrades.
  • The EMS logs show sensor values for PSU1 as unreadable, followed by recovery messages:
