Issue

Unexpected multi-disk failure in the same RAID group. Example:

  • Tue May 11 23:22:30 CEST [node_name: splog_main: mgr.stack.string:notice]: Panic string: aggr aggr_name: raid volfsm, fatal multi-disk error. raid type raid_dp in SK process config_thread on release 9.1P20 (C)
  • raid.config.filesystem.disk.failed:error]: File system Disk /aggregate_name/plex0/rg5/1b.43.13 Shelf 43 Bay 13 [NETAPP X306_HAKPE02TSSM NA00] S/N [] UID [] failed.
  • raid.config.filesystem.disk.failed:error]: File system Disk /aggregate_name/plex0/rg5/1b.43.11 Shelf 43 Bay 11 [NETAPP X306_HAKPE02TSSM NA00] S/N [] UID [] failed.
  • raid.config.filesystem.disk.failed:error]: File system Disk /aggregate_name/plex0/rg5/1b.43.9 Shelf 43 Bay 9 [NETAPP X306_HAKPE02TSSM NA00] S/N [] UID [] failed.
