'RAID DETECTED UNRECOVERABLE ERRORS' due to multiple failed disks

Issue

Due to multiple failed or pre-failed disks in the same raidgroup, ONTAP generates the following alert

HA Group Notification (RAID DETECTED UNRECOVERABLE ERRORS) CRITCAL

[Cluster1: config_thread: callhome.raid.no.recover:EMERGENCY]: Call home for RAID DETECTED UNRECOVERABLE ERRORS

In sysconfig -r we can see that we have double reconstruction and a pre-fail drive

cluster::> node run -node Node-01 -command sysconfig -r

RAID group /Aggr_1/plex0/rg2 (double reconstruction 0% completed, block checksums)
