Issue

  • All network ports down on switch
  • Performing a reload does not bring the ports up
  • Power cycling the switch does not bring the ports up
  • Cables attached to the ports are working fine when connected to another switch
  • When checking the status of the switch under CSHM-SWITCH-CONFIG.XML in the Autosupports, the Reference Config File Version is listed as NA
