PSU Shows Error Reading FRU EEPROM on Both Nodes

Issue

  • Alerts are observed on both nodes indicating a fault with one of the power supply units (PSUx -> can be PSU1 or PSU2).
  • System logs and AutoSupport reports show messages such as “Power supply not present,” “Power supply status critical,” “PSU mismatch detected,” and “Error reading FRU EEPROM.”
