Issue

  • During MetroCluster switchover/switchback  Linux Host and Oracle VMs lost access
  • During deployment and setup of multipath IO (MPIO) for Oracle VM ( OVM) / Oracle Linux VM (OLVM) LUN access issues experienced
  • During reconfiguration of host access LVM and database corruption detected
  •  After Host reboot host gets exclusive access to wrong LUN  view with : igroup show -v
