Optimized takeover of partner aborted, could not disable BDFU

Issue

  • Unable to takeover partner with storage failover takeover or as part of automated nondisruptive upgrade (ANDU).
  • Takeover command succeeds but takeover ultimately fails; output of storage failover show-takeover:

  • There is a disk that remains offline after being upgraded by BDFU (no notification it came back online):
