Not receiving autosupport to our mailbox

Issue
- The Autosupport is not received via SMTP on one email address while there are two email addresses configured.
- The Notifyd logs indicate that the ONTAP system successfully establishes a connection with the SMTP server. The status for SMTP ASUP delivery is sent-successful.
