Node panics due to Flash Cache failure

Issue

  • EMS log raise the following Flash Cache NVMe offline alert :

HA Group Notification (Flash Cache NVMe Offline) ALERT

  • SYSCONFIG -A show Flash Cache become failed status.

        State:              failed

  • Node panics with the following message and a takeover/giveback is performed automatically after Flash Cache offline:

Panic String: Freeing freed block: pvbn 0 vvbn 306417665 in volumename@vserver:9b465b44-5102-11e9-9bb1-00a098fcXXXX. WAFL inconsistent.Contact NetApp technical support. in SK process wafl_exempt01 on release 9.5(C)
