Issue

  • While migrating cluster lifs during a cluster network switch OS upgrade the node went out of quorum and panicked:
    PANIC: Received PANIC packet from partner, receiving message is (Coredump and takeover initiated because Connectivity, Liveliness and Availability Monitor (CLAM) has determined this node is out of quorum.) in SK process mlx4_intr_handler on release 9.8P9 (C) on Sun Oct  2 10:00:20 CDT 2022
    version: 9.8P9: Wed Dec 22 04:41:12 EST 2021
  • The node rebooted successfully and attempted the auto-giveback but was unable to complete the SFO giveback.
  • Storage failover show displayed: Waiting for cluster applications to come online on the local node. Offline applications: scsi blade, clam.
