Issue

  • Node is not booting because of below error
Node-01     EMERGENCY     monitor.globalStatus.critical: Controller failover of Node-02 is not possible: HA interconnect error. Verify that the partner node is running and that the HA interconnect cabling is correct, if applicable. For further assistance, contact technical support
Node-01     ERROR sas.link.error: Could not recover link on SAS adapter 0d after 45 seconds. Offlining the adapter.
  • Physical inspection shows that interconnect cables are crossed  ( e0a to e0b )
