Node fails to boot stating BIOS MRC mapped out DIMM

Issue
- Node goes down and fails to boot stating the below events:
Running full memory initialization.
DIMM: XX mapped out. BIOS MRC mapped out DIMM. Major Code 0xED Minor Code 0x09
ERROR: [55] Memory not installed
ERROR: DXE IPL not found
- The BIOS upgrade was unsuccessful, and the system is booting using the BIOS backup image, apart from the "
BIOS MRC mapped out DIMM."
（For example: Before the upgrade, the BIOS version was 18.7. After the upgrade, it should be 18.13, but it is booting at 18.5.）
