Issue

  • System rebooted unexpectedly with a message similar to:

Panic string: aggr <aggr_name>: raid volfsm, fatal multi-disk error. raid type raid_dp Group name ***** state NORMAL 5 disks failed in the group.

  • No root volume found when restarting:

Invalid PCIe device detected below PCIe Root Port(Bus/Dev/Func): 00/03/00
Actual Vendor ID and Device ID:FFFF/FFFF
Expected Vendor ID and Device ID:11F8/8001
Mezzanine Card ID(02 - 10GbE, 03 - FC, 07 - No Dev, others - Resv):07
BIOS is resetting system...
